1. Controller and scope
The controller is Manuel María Alconchel Fernández, creator of ConnectApp, with address at Calle Visitación, 11403 Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz), Spain. Contact: info@connectapp.es. This policy applies to connectapp.es, not to linked applications or external websites, which may have their own notices.
2. Data, purpose and legal basis
When you contact us, we process your name, email address, subject, message and any information you choose to include, to answer enquiries, proposals and reports. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling communications or, where applicable, pre-contractual steps.
The form uses measures against automated submissions and a temporary rate limit. This temporarily uses an identifier derived from the IP address. Please do not send passwords, clinical data or other highly sensitive information through the general form.
3. Browsing, recipients and retention
DonDominio provides hosting and may process technical data such as IP address, access time, requested resource, user agent and error logs to deliver and secure the website and diagnose faults. When the contact form is used, Cloudflare Turnstile receives the technical data needed to distinguish automated submissions; see its Privacy Policy ↗. Messages are sent to the email service configured for info@connectapp.es. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where legally required.
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle them and meet applicable responsibilities. The form rate-limit identifier is kept for no more than one hour. Technical logs follow the hosting configuration and justified security needs.
4. Your rights and international transfers
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent where it is the applicable basis, by writing to info@connectapp.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency ↗.
ConnectApp does not embed Stripe or send contact-form data to GitHub Sponsors. If someone selects the sponsorship link, they voluntarily move to GitHub Sponsors, and any payment or data provided there is handled by GitHub and Stripe under their own policies as independent services. Provider locations and safeguards will be reviewed if other international transfers take place.
5. Cookies, security and updates
The current source-code and build audit identifies no cookies, local storage, analytics, tracking pixels, remote fonts or automatically loaded third-party content. External links only open when selected by the visitor. Before adding cookies, local storage, analytics or other non-essential technologies, we will provide information and obtain consent where required. We use reasonable security measures, although no Internet-connected system is completely risk-free.
This policy may be updated for legal or technical changes. Its revision date will appear at the top.
