1. Operator and purpose
ConnectApp is an independent initiative for sharing and developing open-source applications, created by Manuel María Alconchel Fernández, with address at Calle Visitación, 11403 Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz), Spain. Website enquiries can be sent to info@connectapp.es.
The website provides information about open-source applications, documentation, articles and links to external repositories. Unless otherwise stated, public content is free and does not require registration.
2. Acceptable use
Visitors must use the website lawfully, in good faith and with respect for others' rights. They must not disrupt availability, attempt unauthorised access to systems or use forms to submit unlawful, fraudulent or harmful material.
3. Software, licences and content
Each application has its own repository, documentation and licence. The governing licence is the one published in its repository and should be checked before using, modifying or redistributing code. Many projects use Apache License 2.0; this does not automatically license the website design, images, logos, trademarks or third-party assets.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, original text, graphics and other materials remain protected by their owners' rights. Third-party names, trademarks and materials belong to their respective owners.
4. External links, availability and liability
Links to GitHub, social networks, documentation and other resources lead to independent services with their own terms and policies. We aim to keep information useful and current, but it may change or contain errors; linked software may be under development, defective or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
ConnectApp does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of defects. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Website content is not medical, healthcare, legal, tax or other regulated professional advice. Health-related applications must not be used with real clinical data without appropriate validation and safeguards.
5. Reports, privacy and updates
For an application issue, please use its repository issue tracker where possible. Report vulnerabilities through the private channels in its SECURITY.md or security settings, without public disclosure of sensitive details.
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. These terms may be updated; the current version is identified by its review date and is interpreted under applicable Spanish and European Union law, without prejudice to mandatory rules.
